Shell from encounter site explodes in children’s hands

Shopian: A 12-year-old was among two boys injured when a live shell they picked up from the Drabgam encounter site exploded in their hand.
The boys were identified by locals as Sharafat Bashir,12, and Junaid Bilal, both residents of Rahmoo village in Pulwama. Locals said the boys were injured after some explosive substance exploded in their hands.
They said that both the boys were rushed to district hospital Pulwama from where Junaid was shifted to SMHS hospital in Srinagar. They said Juanid had injuries in his head and legs.
