Tral shuts on Hizb commander’s death anniversary

Pampre: A shutdown is being observed in Kashmir’s Tral area to mark the fourth death anniversary of Hizbul Mujahideen  commander Abid Khan and his associate Sheeraz Ahmad Dar.
All shops and other business establishments remained closed in Tral and other adjoining villages.
Khan was killed in a gunfight with government forces at Handroo village of Tral on 27 January 2015. The encounter also claimed lives of commanding Officer of 42 RR M N Roy and a policeman.
