Srinagar: Karawan-e-Islami patron Ghulam Rasool Hami on Friday expressed concern over growing drug addiction among the youth of the valley, saying all the successive regimes have failed to curb this menace.
According to the statement, Hami stated this while addressing Paigam-E-Insaniyat conference at Jamia Masjid Kulbug, Budgam.
“…the only choice left with the people is to stand up and take concrete steps to eradicate this menace,” he said.
Hami also urged people to support the leadership.
Hami further said that “he has time and again apprised the international community about the gravity of the situation in Kashmir besides stating that bloodshed can’t resolve the Kashmir issue”.
