Takes stock of the arrangements in place

BUDGAM: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Budgam, Syed Sehrish Asgar on Thursday visited various coaching centres established to provide free coaching, especially teaching of mathematics to students at different schools across Budgam district to take stock of the arrangements in place.
The schools visited on Thursday included Government Middle School Budgam and Government Middle School Pymus, a official release read.
The coaching centres were recently inaugurated and in that backdrop, the DDC visited these institutions and enquired about the teaching-learning process in the institutes along with the other arrangements to be put in place for the fruitful and effective results for the students.
During her visit to coaching centre, established at Middle School, Pymus, the DDC interacted with trainers and teachers to enquire about the process and status of teaching.
During her inspection to classrooms, the DDC also interacted with students and parents, who called upon her and took feedback from them about the arrangements and facilities being provided at these coaching centres. She also enquired about the process of training and teaching provided by the trainers, hired from outside state, the release read.
Meanwhile, local residents, who hailed the district administration, expressed their gratitude to the DDC Budgam for opening these free coaching centres in the district and arranging all the required arrangements for their wards at these centres.
