ML seeks help of world community to end Kashmir rights violations

Srinagar: Muslim League on Sunday paid homage to 1993 Sopore massacre victims, and seeks help of world community to end Kashmir rights violations.

According to the statement, a delegation of ML comprising of Molvi Rafeeq and other party activists led by it’s acting chairman Ab. Ahad Parra visited martyrs graveyard Sopore and prayed for the peace to the departed soul.

Parra said: “No investigation has been done so far despite the orders for it by Kogresh Chander Saxena on 13 Jan 1993, in which it was stated that the Sopore massacre would be investigated under Amarjit Sing Choudhary – Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court. But so far we haven’t seen the report of justice Choudhary.”

“This inquiry commission is yet to prosecute any killer,” he added.
