Srinagar: Muslim League on Friday paid tributes to the militants killed in an encounter with the government forces in south Kashmir’s Tral.
A spokesman in a statement said a high level delegation of League led by its general secretary, Muhammad Rafiq Ganaie visited Chursoo and participated in the funeral of these militants.
According to spokesman, Ganaie led the funeral prayers and addressed people. He on that occasion said, “Forces have turned Kashmir into a death valley.”
“The graph of incidents human rights violations is alarmingly going up with every passing day in Kashmir. It is high time for international community to pressurise India to stop bloodshed in Kashmir and to respect the aspirations of people,” he said.
