Free toolkits distributed among 200 workers at Pampore

PAMPORE: The Ministry of Road Transport and Highway Government of India in collaboration with Baskar Foundation held skill development programme and distributed free toolkits, certificates among 200 workers at Townhall Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday.

The skill development programme under the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highway, Government of India (GoI) was allotted to Baskar Foundation to train the worker as well as nearby villages of national highway from Srinagar-Banihal section

“We have trained many workers at different locations and now we have scheduled the date of distribution of certificates and tools kits to the workmen who have completed the training course successfully,” Umar Gulzar, Incharge Bhaskar foundation told Kashmir Reader.

BJP MLC Jammu, Surinder Amernath was chief guest on the occasion. Pampore town Committee Chairman Malik Yaqoob, SHO Pampore Nazir Ahmad, Bhaskar representative Amjad Ali and Umar Gulzar also attended the event.
