Tral shuts to mourn killing of Pak militant

PAMPORE: A complete shutdown was observed in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday to mourn the death of Pakistani Jaish-e-Mohammad militant.
All shops business establishments and schools remained closed in the town while traffic remained off from the roads.
The shutdown was also observed in adjoining villages of Tral to mourn the death of Jaish-e-Mohammad militant identified as Adnan Anwar Abbasi @ Adnan Bhai, who according to police was a Pakistan national, killed in a daylong gunfight with government forces at Darganai Gund village of Tral on Friday.
One policeman was also injured in the encounter.
