Srinagar: The Muslim League on Saturday paid homage to the slain Pulwama and Tral militants and said that “exemplary sacrifices given by Kashmiri’s for the right to self-determination makes it mandatory for all of us to take this movement to its logical conclusion without making any compromise”.

The spokesman Sajad Ayoubi in a statement said that a delegation led by M. Rafiq Ganie, Ab. Rashid, Manzoor Lelhari, Ab. Rashid Bhat visited Below and Babhara in Puwlama and extended condolences with the bereaved family of Liyaqat and Wajid.

Ganie, the statement said, blamed “stubborn attitude of New Delhi for continuous bloodshed in Kashmir”, adding “there is a war-like situation”.

Ganie also paid tributes to 1947 Jammu martyrs. He said it is the “worst tragedy in the history of Kashmir”.
