PAMPORE: Life returned to normal on Monday in Pampore town of Pulwama district after four days of shutdown to mourn the killing of a local militant
Shops, business establishments educational institutions reopened after four days, while public transport also resumed.
Lashkar-e-Toiba militant Mohammad Amin Mir, a resident of Drangbal area of Pampore, was killed in a gunfight in Zagoo village of Budgam district on Thursday morning, resulting in a spontaneous shutdown in Pampore town.
