Fifty people injured as stray dogs wreak havoc in northern Kashmir’s Baramulla

Srinagar: Stray dogs on Tuesday wreaked havoc in northern Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Reports said that at least fifty people were attacked and injured by a pack of stray dogs in Kantabagh locality of Baramulla.

They said children and women were also injured. “People chased the dogs later with stones and sticks, but not before more than 4 dozen people were injured.”

Medical superintendent district hospital Baramulla Dr Masood confirmed that 50 people were shifted to district hospital where doctors are treating them. He said all the injured were later discharged after first aid and proper vaccination.
