SRINAGAR: Hizb-ul-Mujhadeen on Monday paid tribute to three militants and 7 civilians killed in Kulgam on Sunday saying their blood will bear positive results one day.
A local news agency quoted the outfit’s deputy chief Saifullah Khalid as saying that New Delhi has been painting its hands with the blood of Kashmiri people despite knowing the fact that it can’t enslave the people of valley for long.
“Using lethal weapons to kill innocent people in Kashmir makes it clear that India has lost its conscience and willpower. The writing on the wall is clear: India has to leave Kashmir,” Khalid said. “Sooner or later, Indian forces have to withdraw from Kashmir.”
