JAMMU: Vidyamandir Classes, Jammu held its National Admission Test (NAT) 2019 on here on Saturday.
According to a statement issued, the test was conducted at VMC Bahu Plaza center in which students from all the schools of the state participated to assess their competitive temperament.
A career counseling seminar was also organized by VMC Jammu in which parents of all the NAT aspirants participated, it said.
“The seminar was first of its kind in Jammu and Kashmir that focused upon the parenting and the nurturing from educational point of view. Experts on this subject from VMC interacted with parents and cleared the jungle of dilemmas regarding the needs of students preparing for higher studies and exams,” the statement said.
“It is the dire need of today’s educational era that along with the students, parents should also be guided for the nurturing of their ward,” the parents said after attending seminar.
JEE Advanced 2018 topper of the state Akarsh Sharma who has also been a student of VMC Jammu addressed the parents and shared his experiences and preparation tenure being at VMC.
“VMC Jammu has produced best results so far in all spheres of education whether CBSE, JEE, NEET, JKCET and NTSE. This institute has become a remarkable place for those who want to crack these target exams,” the statement added.
