Srinagar: The Muslim League Saturday paid tributes to the slain Hizb militant, Shabir Ahamd, killed in an encounter with government forces in Babgund area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama.
“The sacrifices offered by youth are the priceless assets,” Secretary General of League Muhammad Rafiq Ganai said in the statement, adding: “it was because of the lingering Kashmir issue, the region is witnessing killings each passing day.”
While praying rich tributes to the slain Shabir Ahmad, he reiterated the pledge to take their mission to its logical end. “Although we are grieved at the loss of our brave hearts, but the purpose for which they sacrificed their lives will yield results very soon,” he said.
