Petrol bomb hurled at BJP contestant’s house in north Kashmir’s Baramulla

Baramulla: Unidentified persons on Monday evening attacked house of a Bharatiya Janta Party contestant in old town of this north Kashmir district.

Witnesses told Kashmir Reader Sunday that unknown men hurled a petrol bomb at the house of BJP candidate Tabasum Manzoor at Mohalla Mir Sahib in the Old town here around 8:00 pm Monday. Tabasum is trying her luck from Bagh-e-Islam ward.

No loss of life or property was reported in the petrol bomb attack.

Meanwhile, police have said that they were verifying the facts of the attack.
