Dolphin international school organises ‘Sang-e-Meel 2018’

SRINAGAR: Dolphin International School on Tuesday organised 2-day annual learning festival, Sang-e-Meel 2018, in which the students showcase their learning through stalls on Math, Science, Language, Arts, Cultures, innovation and food. The festival has been arranged as a fair with simultaneous performances both at stalls and on stage.
President Private School Association Kashmir, G N Var inaugurated the festival. Prof Abdul Hamid Sheikh, Registrar Cluster University Kashmir, A R Khan, retired KAS officer, parents, students and others were also present on the occasion.
Var in his address spoke about parental role in the development of children in schools. He also deliberated on the role of private schools in Kashmir, especially in south Kashmir, in facilitating exposure and opportunity to the students.
The students had been working for the last month in constructing exciting, engaging and enlightening academic games at each stall and today they outshined with their confidence and creativity in dealing with a large number of participants at their stalls.
