Thieves steal cattle in Budgam

BUDGAM: Thieves stole nine cattle during the intervening night of Sunday and Monday in main town Budgam.
Over 3 lakh worth of livestock has been stolen from the two cowsheds in the main town Budgam in central Kashmir.
Owners say that the thieves struck during night hours and fled away with the cattle including calves and cows.
“We appeal police to act promptly against the thieves so that we can sleep without fear in future,” Bakar Ali a local said.
Police has lodged a case and started investigation.
