ML condemns ‘harassment’ of pellet victims’ families

Srinagar: Muslim League on Tuesday condemned harassment of pellet victims’ families by the authorities in north Kashmir’s Yaro Langate area and said it is rights violation.
In a statement, the spokesman of League Sajad Ayobi claimed, “Police arrested the relatives of pellet victims in Yaro who were injured last month. Muhammad Iqbal Lone, Ubaid Maqbool Lone, Tariq Ahmad Bhat, Ghulam Mohammad Wani, Aqib Arshad Bhat, Owais Javid Tantray and Junaid Javid Tantray were injured by pellets and are admitted in SMHS Srinagar. Police raided their homes several times and arrested their family members.”
