Baramulla: Jaish-e-Mohammad commander Adnan Bhai, who was killed in an encounter with government forces in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, was buried in the Gamtamulla martyrs’ graveyard in Baramulla district on Sunday night.
The body of the Pakistani militant was handed over to custodians of the graveyard on Sunday night by police. At least half a dozen people dug the grave for the militant who was killed in a fierce gun-battle with government forces in Aripal village of Tral on Sunday. After offering funeral prayers, Adnan was laid to rest. On Saturday, 5 non-local and unidentified militants killed in an encounter in Bandipora were buried in the same graveyard.
