Jaish commander buried in Gantamulla graveyard

Baramulla: Top Jaish-e-Muhammad commander Adnan killed in an encounter with government forces in south Kashmir’s Pulwama was buried today at martyrs’ graveyard here in this north Kashmir district.

The body of Jaish commander was handed over to the custodians of martyrs’ graveyard Gantamulla here on Sunday night by the police for offering final rites, reports said.

At least half a dozen people dug grave for the Pakistani militant who was killed in a fierce gun-battle with government forces in Aripal village of Tral on Sunday.

After offering funeral prayers, Adnan was laid to rest.

On Saturday, 5 alleged militants killed in Bandipora encounter were also buried in martyrs’ graveyard Gantamulla.
