Grenade blast in north Kashmir’s Pattan

Srinagar: Suspected militants Tuesday evening lobbed a hand grenade on Police Station Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, sources said.

However there was no loss of life or injury, they added.

Sources said that the grenade missed the target and exploded outside the police station.

SSP Baramulla Imtiyaz Hussain confirmed to Kashmir Reader that a grenade was lobbed at Police Station Pattan however no one was hurt.

They added that area has been cordoned to nab the grenade throwers.
