Electrical accessories companies interact with dealers

Srinagar: A day after holding a meet with electricians and plumbers, three India-based companies on Sunday held an interactive meet with dealers of the Kashmir valley here at Rajbagh.
The interactive meet was organised by MTI Audio Camp, in which three Indian companies including Unitech Wires and Cables, Starex Electrical Accessories and Omsun Reliable Energy Efficient participated.
The main motivate of the interactive meet was to aware the dealers about the new products the three companies are going to launch in the valley.
Dealers from various districts of Kashmir valley participated in meet.
These companies have launched their latest switches, plug tops, multi plugs, AC box, ceiling rose and lamp holders, telephone jack, wires and cables, fans, geysers and room heaters.
Super stockist for all the three companies, and Chairman MTI Audio Camp, Zahoor Ahmad Shah said it was for the first time the companies launched their new products here.
“It is a very good opportunity for all valley-based dealers, where the companies are directly receiving the feedback from the dealers,” Shah said.
Director Unitech Wires and Cables Company, Ravi Pagaria said, “In case of any complaints or grievances regarding any products, dealers can directly call the head of the company and the complaint will be resolved within 24 hours.”
He also said that in other companies it takes a lot of time to resolve complaints as the complaints of dealers are indirectly received by the head of the company. “We started direct contact system in the company,” he added.
Jimit Shah from Starex Company said, “We will continue offering top-of-the-line products to our consumers.”
The products under consumer products division have generated volumes for the company and have helped it reach out to a newer target audience.
Director, Omsun Company, Pankaj Khandelwal said, “I am very excited to interact with dealers of the valley. We have has received lot of knowledge from the dealers through their feedback.”
The companies also disturbed gifts to all the dealers who participated in the meet.
