Srinagar: Government forces today carried out searches in a school in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Government forces appeared in Hamdard grammar school this afternoon and carried out identification parade of school students and the staff present there, witnesses told Kashmir Reader.

After identification parade, the students were left off but the government forces continued searches in the school building and the compound, witnesses added.

A police officer, wishing not to be named, told Kashmir Reader that searches were carried out in Shaldraman village and not the school.

“The search operation has concluded now,” he added.
