“Mohd Rafiq a cattle trader from Ramban shot dead by RR men in the dead of night while Shakeel is struggling for life. Is it part of the Muslim killing under the garb of “cow protection” or Kashmiri killing under garb of “AntiNational” we wonder! Strongly condemn this barbarity of State,” tweeted Mirwaiz.
