Srinagar: Mobile internet service has again been blocked in Shopian where violent protests broke out after government forces engaged a group of militants in a gun-battle.
All cellular companies, including the state run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) suspended mobile internet service barely hours after it was restored after three days of blockade, reports said.
The internet service was snapped in Shopian and other parts of south Kashmir on Friday last after army shot dead three people, including a teenage girl in Kulgam district.
