ML lashes out at authorities for not producing its leaders in court

Srinagar: Muslim League on Thursday strongly criticised authorities for not producing League in-charge bearers in High Court despite court orders.
According to a statement issued here by a League spokesman SajadAyobi, condemned the “denial of justice” to League in-charge bearers, termed it a “political vendetta”. He said that Mohammad Yusuf Mir, Assadullah Parray, Showkat Hakim, Mehrajud din, Sajad has not been produced in court despite court orders.
He said that authorities sets new policies and methods for their continued imprisonment under baseless cases, which is worst kind of human rights violation and is highly condemnable.
He said that “the police is deliberately doing it under a plan so that they will not released by the court”. “Prolonging the illegal detention of League chairman MasratAalamBhat, acting chairman Abdul AhadParra, AssadullahParray, Molvisajadshowed their frustration. The policy adopted by authorities cannot break their will and courage,” he said.
