Unknown gunmen strike in Shopian, shot and injure two

Srinagar: Two persons were shot and injured by unknown gunmen at Trenz village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Saturday evening.

Sheeraz Ahmad Malik son of Nazir of Malik and Aijaz Ahmad Mir son of Bashir Ahmad Mir were shot by unknown gunmen at Rampora area of the village, sources told Kashmir Reader.

They said that both had bullet injuries on legs and were shifted to Pulwama hospital where from one was referred to Srinagar for advanced treatment.

According to local sources Sheeraz is working in Home Guard.
