Muslim League terms it human rights violations

Srinagar: Muslim League Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday condemned desecration of martyrs graveyard and trying to setting ablaze the houses of family members of sufferer for a cause in Gundbagh Kakpora and Drabgam Pulwama during night hours by armed forces as “worst form brutality and state terrorism” and terms it as human rights violation.
In a statement issued by League spokesman Sajad Ayobi, he said, “Forces bulldozing residential houses, desecrating the graves of martyrs and action of forces in Gundbagh Kakpora and Drabgam Pulwama where they tried to blaze the family members of martyrs during night hours speaks the worst form of brutality, and on the basis of power, they have crossed all limits. This was a planned attempt to burn these houses along with the respective families.”
He termed the attacks on the families of martyrs as a “cowardly act”. “Attacking their families has exposed the tall claims of principles often propagated by Indian leaders and their Kashmiri supporters,” he said. Spokesman also condemned the “hypocritical” role played by the Chief Minister by remaining a mere spectator of the atrocities inflicted on the people of Kashmir. He said forces have unleashed reign of terror in every nook and corner of the valley.
