IED blast injures three Army soldiers in Shopian

Three army soldiers were injured in an IED blast at Sugan village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday.
The incident took place at around 6am when an army Casper vehicle was hit by an IED blast fitted some meters away from Chilipora army garrison.
Senior Superintendent of Police Shopian, Shailendra Mishra confirmed the incident to Kashmir Reader and said that several army soldiers were injured in the blast however they were stable.
Police later issued a statement saying that another IED was recovered from the same police by the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) which was defused.
