MEI school Pampore felicitates teachers, students

PAMPORE: Muslim Education Institute Pampore on Wednesday organized a felicitation function in which the outstanding performance by the students and teachers in 10th and 12th classes during 2013 and 2017 were felicitated.
Deputy Commissioner Pulwama Ghulam Mohammad Dar was the chief guest. While addressing the students, Dar said that to achieve success hard-work is the key.
He told the students present at the session that all of them are talented and they should use their talent with appropriate use of technology so that they excel in any field they join and bring laurels to the school.
The management felicitated about 83 students. Bushra Amin of Pampore who topped the class 2th examinations in 2016 was given 10,000 rupees for bagging the first position.
The staff of school was given a check of rupees 3.15 lakh for helping the institute excel in academics and for their sincere efforts.
“The staff needs an applause as they always put before them the future of the students and always tried to get best out of them,” said Principal Tariq Ahmad Bhat, adding that the check should not only be seen as a monetary reward but a felicitation for the teachers who have been outstanding.
