Muslim League executive council meet held

SRINAGAR: A meeting of executive council of Muslim League Jammu and Kashmir was held here on Saturday.
A League spokesperson in a statement said the main aim of the meeting was to make League strong at grass root level and make further strategy keeping ongoing struggle in view. He said the in-charge bearers of League took stock of prevailing situations in Kashmir Valley.
“The office bearers discussed the ongoing struggle and present political situation of Kashmir Valley. They also decided to take certain steps to make the League more vibrant and active on ground,” he said.
The spokesperson said the meeting discussed present political situation in Jammu and Kashmir and took stock of organisational affairs.
“Parra while addressing League’s meeting reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue struggle till securing their birthright to self-determination. The people of Kashmir have rendered countless sacrifices for the Kashmir cause and the liberation movement would be taken to its logical conclusion at all costs,” the spokesperson said.
