SRINAGAR: Stating the conduct and the qualification system as transparent, Director School Education Kashmir Dr G N Itoo has said that the students of Jammu and Kashmir are very bright which is reflected by the results in Civil Services Examinations from last few years.
He expressed these views during an interaction of students of CM’s Super 50 Civil Services Coaching with recent IAS qualifier from Kashmir, Fazlul Haseeb at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kothibagh organised by Directorate of School Education Kashmir, read a handout.
Congratulating this year‘s IAS qualifiers from J&K, including Fazlul Haseeb, DSEK said “the mother of Fazlul Haseeb is working as a Master in our department and his father as Director Academics in Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education, so in this context we found it mandatory to felicitate him and to conduct an interaction of this 36th rank holder with the students of CM’s Super 50 Civil Services Coaching by Department of School Education”.
After the inaugural session, a special interaction of the students of CMs Super 50 Civil Services Coaching with Fazlul Haseeb was held during which he was asked many questions that he replied with relevant answers. He said, “To qualify the examinations like IAS and KAS one should not only see the syllabus but the syllabus should be at the tip of the tongue.”
The Department of School Education has established three CM’s Super 50 Civil Services Coaching Centres in Anantnag, Srinagar and Baramulla where coaching, material and other facilities are being provided free of cost, it added.
