Student protests erupt in Bandipora

Srinagar: Scores of Students of Govt High School Malpora Saderkoot in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district Monday took out a protest march in solidarity with Kathua rape victim.
Witness said that Students boycotted their classes and took out a protest march towards main Chowk raising pro freedom slogans.
The students were seen holding placards in their hands, showing different messages calling for justice in the Kathua rape and murder case.
Meanwhile, Students of Govt Girls High School Ajas in the same district also took out a protest march in solidarity with Kathua victim.
Witness said the Students took out a protest march raising slogans in favour of Azaadi.
Students of Govt M. l Higher Secondary School Hajin also held a protest march in the north Kashmir town.
Witness said that Students boycotting the classes and started marching towards the main Chowk raising slogans in favour of Kathua victim and Azaadi.
The protests were peaceful so far.
