SAMBA: District Development Commissioner, S. Rajinder Singh Tara convened a meeting with concerned officers to discuss the arrangements for Naib Tehsildar examination to be conducted by JKSSB on April 29.
A statement said that 500 people including Principals, invigilators, flying squad, magistrates and supervisors underwent a comprehensive training for the examination to be conducted in 26 centres.
Speaking on the occasion, the DDC said that all examination centres will ensure that adequate seating, lighting, power and water arrangement is made at the venue for smooth conduct of the examination.
He also directed designated magistrates and supervisors to ensure that due rules and regulations are adhered to during the examination by all concerned for fair conduct of exam.
The meeting was attended Additional Deputy Commissioner Tilak Raj Shastri, Member SSB Vivek Sharma, officers of various departments and Principals.
Meanwhile Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr Nasir Ahmad Naqash has asked all all the candidates appearing in SSB examination scheduled on 21st April to 20 May 2018 not to bring mobile phones or any kind of electronic devices with them.
They are also informed to bring a cardboard pad with them for examination convenience, a spokesperson said.
