#Kathua: Shutdown in Ajas Bandipora after clashes

Bandipora: Student protesters demanding justice for the 8-year-old Kathua rape and murder victim Thursday clashed with government forces in Ajas area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora District.
Witnessed said that police used teargas shells to disperse the protesting students after they pelted stones.
The clashes have triggered shutdown in the Ajas town as clashes were going on in the area.
One policeman identified as Constable Danish has received injuries in his hand after hit by a stone, an official said.
