Minor student protests erupt in Baramulla, Pulwama

Srinagar: A student got injured in minor clashes with government forces in Pulwama and was evacuated to hospital by his colleagues on Wednesday.
Earlier the students resorted to stone pelting on a police vehicle in the south Kashmir town.
Police sources said that situation was brought under control immediately.
A minor clash between students of several schools and police also took place near Azad Gung bridge Baramulla.
Later authorities increased the deployment near women’s college and girls higher secondary school od the north town.
The situation is tense in and around educational institutions of Kashmir after students started raising their voice against the brutal rape and murder of an eight year old girl in Kathua.
The incident happened in the month of January however the horrifying details of the crime came out after Crime Branch produced chargesheet against the accused.
