#Kathua: Many injured in Pulwama clashes

Srinagar: Several protesters were injured in clashes with government forces in south Kashmir’s Pulwama town on Wednesday.
Clashes erupted between students of Degree College boys, girls and government forces.
Witnesses told Kashmir Reader that police resorted to teargas shelling, pellets and aerial firing to disperse the protesting students, triggering clashes in the town.
Several persons were injured in clashes all the injured persons shifted to District hospital Pulwama, sources said.
Medical Superintendent Pulwama told Kashmir Reader that five injured persons were received in the hospital. Three were hit by pellets and were referred to Srinagar hospitals for advanced treatment.
Meanwhile, intense clashes broke out between students of Bemina College and forces in Bemina.
The clashes were going on when reports last came in.
