Thieves steal half a dozen cattle in Tangmarg

Baramulla: Half a dozen cattle were stolen in Lalpora village of Tangmarg in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday night as per the account of locals.
Locals of the area said that cattle including cow, sheep and goats were stolen in the area by unknown thieves from the past month. “However on Tuesday night the thieves took away six cattle that created panic among the owners,” they said.
They said that the thieves have stolen three cows, two calves and a goat from the cowshed of Gulam Hassan Rather, Ab Rahman wani and Mohammad Subhan Lone of Lalpora during the night hours.
People appealed police to trace the involved group of thieves as soon as possible.
