JRL calls for shutdown, protests against Kulgam killings on Thursday

Srinagar: Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprised of Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik Wednesday called for a shutdown and protests tomorrow against the killings in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Addressing a presser in Srinagar, the JRL appealed for a shutdown tomorrow.
They also asked people to hold protests against the Khudwani killings.
Three civilians were killed and around 50 were injured in force’s actions in Kulgam district where a fierce gunfight was on between militants and forces.
