Organises farewell for CEO Srinagar, SO

SRINAGAR: Honest and dedicated employees should be given more respect after superannuation in their concerned offices because “they act as role models for their sub-ordinate employees”, these views were expressed by Director School Education Kashmir, Dr G N Itoo at a farewell function for Ex-Chief Education Officer Srinagar, Farooq Ahmad Dar and Section Officer, Khurshid Ahmad organised at Directorate of School Education Kashmir.
In a statement issued here on Saturday, Itoo said that a retiring employee is remembered by his hardwork and the attitude towards his fellow and sub-ordinate colleagues. He said, “The Ex-CEO Srinagar Farooq Ahmad Dar is a very humble and friendly person which I came to know in last one year when I was in constant and close contact with him.”
Expressing his good wishes for the retiring Sectional Officer Khurshid Ahmad, he said that his service tenure in the directorate is “worth appreciation”.
Expressing his views, Ex-CEO Srinagar, Farooq Ahmad Dar said that “this moment is both a happy and a sad moment for me.” “I am happy because I was able to perform my duties well and I am sad because I am officially physically parting from my colleagues,” he lamented.
Former Section Officer Khurshid Ahmad in his emotional address thanked the department for the love and affection they have shown for him.
