Srinagar: The Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti Thursday dropped at slain civilian Gowhar Ahmad Rather’s residence at Kangan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
According to the KNS, amid protests, Chief Minster reached Gowhar’s residence and met his family members.
During her interaction, Chief Minster while assuring a time bound probe into the Gowhar’s killing said “no civilian killing would be tolerated”. She said she was pained to see mothers wailing and added that those guilty in civilian killings would be brought to justice. CM was accompanied by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Khan, IGP Kashmir S P Pani and others.
