Mumbai: Nickel, zinc, select copper, brass, lead prices rebounded at the non-ferrous metal market on stockists’ buying amidst renewed demand from industrial users.
Tin and aluminium ingots eased owing to subdued demand from consuming industries.
Zinc prices climbed by Rs 6 per kg to Rs 244 from last Saturday’s closing level of Rs 238.
Brass sheet cutting rose by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 352 as against Rs 349.
Nickel rose by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 910 from Rs 908.Copper cables scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper utensils scrap, copper billets and lead edged-up by a Re per kg each to Rs 452, Rs 444, Rs 413, Rs 480, Rs 433 and Rs 170, respectively.
However, aluminium ingots fell by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 151 compared to Rs 153 and tin softened by a Re per kg to Rs 1,432.
