HPVT-KASHMER dedicates ambulance for Haemodialysis patients

SRINAGAR: Help Poor Voluntary Trust in collaboration with Kashmiri American Society for Healthcare Medical Education Research (KASHMER) on Monday dedicated ambulance service to people for free transportation of Haemodialysis patients from different Haemodialysis centres in Srinagar.
An official statement issued here said HPVT patron Moulana Sanaullah and president Farooq Ahmad Bhat handed over ambulance to the representative of local voluntary organisation BOUKVAT (kidney) at Help Poor House, Baran Pather here.
The ambulance costing Rs 4.50 lakh will be available for free transportation of haemodialysis patients initially from Illahiya Dialysis Centre, 90- Ft Road Soura Srinagar.
HPVT-KASHMER will incur operational cost including fuel and wages of driver initially for financial year 2018-19, the statement said.
HPVT General Secretary Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, members and volunteers were present on the occasion.
