SRINAGAR: J&K Muslim League Ameer Mushtaq-ul-Islam on Monday paid heartfelt tributes to militants and youth killed in encounters at Dragad and Kachdoora villages in south Kashmir.
“Blessed with supreme spirit of Shahadah, these martyrs would be remembered for their commitment with cause of Islam, freedom and dedication,” Mushtaq-ul-Islam said in a statement issued here.
“The brutal crackdown and dreadful use of pellets on protesting civilians, is highly deplorable,” Islam said, adding, “Delhi and its groomed henchmen are suffering from extreme arrogance of power.”
He condemned forces for stopping the ambulances ferrying the injured people.
The Muslim League chairman expressed sympathy and condolence with the bereaved families, saying their sacrifices won’t go waste. He impressed upon the international community to help and rescue people of Kashmir from ongoing bloodshed and mayhem.
