Govt Polytechnic College Budgam holds plantation drive

BUDGAM: In order to keep environment free from pollution, a plantation drive was held by students, teachers, administrative staff and the supporting staff of Government Polytechnic College Budgam on Monday.
During the plantation drive, more than 250 saplings were planted in the premises of the college by the participants with an aim to keep the air free from pollution.
“We took the initiative of planting more and more trees in the college premises with an aim to keep environment pollution free,” Aqib a student said.
He added that it was our responsibility and duty to keep environment pollution free.
Besides students, college principal and staff members took part in the drive.
