Lok Sabha adjourned for day, no-confidence motion not taken up

Srinagar: The no-confidence motions moved by the Telugu Desam Party and YSR Congress Party were not take up in Lok Sabha on Monday after the House was adjourned because of constant sloganeering and uproar, The Indian Express reported.
While TDP, which quit its alliance with the BJP-led NDA government, has moved two motions against the government, one motion is from the YSRCP.
As per the report Home Minister Rajnath Singh requested the co-operation of the members to discuss the motion, however, the protestors continued to raise slogans. Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, then, adjourned the Lok Sabha after members came into the well of the House.
