PAMPORE: Civil society Pampore said that they were very happy after Ashiq Banday, an authorised dealer of Banday Impex Pvt Ltd (BIPL), after he announced to help people suffering from cancer and Hepatitis-C.
The civil society members told Kashmir Reader that they were “proud of the son of the soil who cares very much for the society, especially the downtrodden”.
Fallah Behbood Committee Pampore organiser Mir Murawat Hussain told Kashmir Reader that the CEO of the brand Rehmat Spices has already shown immense generosity by providing playing kits to footballers and other sports persons in order to shine in these games.
“He has been sponsoring Etihad, a local football club since its inception and now the announcement of helping cancer and Hepatitis-C patients has moved the hearts of entire population in Pampore,” he said.
Ashiq Banday had announced that the company would adopt cancer and Hepatitis-C patients and bear their treatment expenses and his aim was to help patients whether rich or poor. He said he had a responsibility towards lower sections of the society also and to help was his moral responsibility to stand for those who couldn’t afford expensive treatments.
