Two houses gutted in Sopore

Sopore: Two houses were gutted in late evening when fire broke out in a residential area in north Kashmir’s Sopore area.
According to reports the blaze broke out in a residential house at Ashpeer area of Sopore town. Fire tenders were rushed to the area to douse the flames. However, before the inferno was brought under control, two houses were damaged completely.
Local sources identified the affected families as those of Sirajuddin Peer and his brother Bahauddin Peer.
The cause of the blaze was not immediately known, officials told Kashmir Reader adding no one was injured in the incident.
When this report was filed, fire tenders were on job to douse the fire.
