Massive fire damages building in Baramulla locality

Srinagar: A massive fire broke out in Choora locality in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district last night, sources said on Thursday.
According to sources fire broke out at around 3:30 am from the shop of Ali Mohammad Mir son of Abdul Ahmad Mir even as a nearby dental shop also caught fire, which slowly engulfed the rented hall for Horticulture department also.
By the time the flames were brought under control after fire service team reached to the stop.
Police confirmed the fire incident to Kashmir Reader and said a case has been registered in this regard.
Police added that a fire serviceman received injuries in this incident. He was identified as Abdul Hamed Zargar.
It is pertinent to mention that the building which was damaged in the fire mishap belonged to Latief Ahmed Lone son of Abdul Qareem Lone resident of Choora.
