Srinagar: Expressing displeasure over non-creation of e-court staff, the J&K High Court Wednesday directed state government to create the posts by February 20.
Hearing the petition on district court complexes, the division bench comprising of Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey said, “We are not satisfied with the response from state counsel. The creation of e-court staff cannot wait further when the progress of the e-court system is in full swing. The authorities concerned must create the posts by or before next date of hearing. Further, latest status report with regard to proposal of daily rated workers shall be filed by the Finance department before next hearing.”
